The salary for this permanent Senior Staff Nurse job is £42,500 - £51.059 per annum.

Senior Staff Nurse Duties Include:
Provide high-quality nursing care to patients diagnosed with haematological and oncological disorders.
Develop personalised care plans in consultation with patients, their families, and the multidisciplinary team.
Assess patient progress regularly and adapt care plans as needed.
Provide aid in patient consultations, explaining the benefits, risks, and costs of various treatment options.
Highly committed to maintaining detailed and accurate patient records.
Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to discuss care plans, patient progress, and other relevant information.
Mentor junior staff, sharing your expertise in haematology.
Support and comfort patients and their relatives by providing information and reassurance.
Adhere to internal policies, procedures, and safety regulations.
Senior Staff Nurse Requirements Include:
Registered General Nurse with valid NMC pin.
Significant post registration experience within haematology setting.
Up to date knowledge and an experience on the administration of the SACT.
Experience managing and leading a clinical team.
