This is an office-based role, and applicants must be able to commute and hold a full UK working visa to be considered.

A Day in the Life:
As a First Charge Mortgage Adviser, you’ll play a key role in delivering exceptional service to our customers. Collaborating with industry experts, you’ll build strong relationships and help clients navigate the financial landscape to find the most suitable mortgage products.
Key Responsibilities:
* Engage with the New Business team to handle qualified leads.
* Source the most suitable financial products tailored to each customer’s needs.
* Maintain thorough knowledge of lender criteria to ensure precise recommendations.
* Deliver impactful sales calls, providing well-researched advice.
* Collaborate with lenders to ensure smooth case processing.
* Work closely with Fluent's Case Management team to move cases toward completion.
* Follow up on leads and diligently chase cases for updates.
* Meet and exceed performance targets with meticulous attention to detail.
* Stay up to date with FCA requirements and industry changes.
* Maintain professional competence through CPD requirements.
* Adhere to compliance protocols and promptly address feedback.
* Consistently promote best advice and champion the Fluent brand through excellent customer care.

Essential:
* Proven experience of successfully working to sales targets.
* Current or recent experience in an outbound call environment.
* Ability to respond quickly to training and adapt to industry changes.
* Proven experience in outbound sales and objection handling.
* Ability to carry out processes in a compliant manner.
* Demonstrated achievements across a wide range of competencies.
* Experience in a busy sales environment.
Desirable:
* Current or recent experience in a regulated finance company.
* Experience in broking/lending within the first charge mortgage market.
* Strong IT skills, including the full Microsoft Office suite.
* Ability to work successfully both in a team and individually.
* CeMAP Level 1 (working towards Full CeMAP).
* Experience using bespoke software.
