Overview : We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Technical Lead to join our team. You will play a pivotal role in the development of modern, scalable applications and collaborate closely with developers, designers, and product managers to drive the success of our projects. Key Responsibilities : - Minimum 9 years of experience in software development with a focus on backend or fullstack development. - Oversee the design and implementation of robust, scalable software solutions. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align technical strategies with business goals. - Ensure the quality and performance of the code by conducting regular code reviews and enforcing best practices. - Drive innovation by staying up-to-date with industry trends and integrating cutting-edge technologies into our : Programming Languages & Frameworks : - Extensive experience with Java, the primary backend language. - Proficiency in the Spring ecosystem, including Spring Boot, Spring Data JPA, and Spring Security. API Development : - Experience with the API-first approach and the use of OpenAPI for planning and implementing APIs. - Ability to generate and utilize DTOs in both the backend (and frontend). Databases & Migration : - Experience with PostgreSQL for data storage. - Basic knowledge of using Liquibase for data : - Strong understanding of hexagonal architecture and its application in the backend. Frontend Technologies : - Experience with TypeScript and React is advantageous, especially for fullstack developers. Cloud & Deployment : - General experience with Google Cloud, with specific experience in Google CloudRun being desirable. - Knowledge of using GitHub Actions for CI/CD processes. - Experience with OpenTofu or Terraform for infrastructure as code. Development Tools : - Basic experience with Gradle for the build process. - Basic knowledge of Docker to support local development. Soft Skills : - Excellent communication skills to derive technical designs from business requirements and effectively discuss them with the team and tech leads. - Ability to work in a dynamic and rapidly evolving environment.
