Full Stack Developer - Node.js/React.js

Job Description : -As a Full Stack Developer at WeWork India, you will be responsible for building and scaling a range of end-to-end solutions that support various facets of our business operations. - You will work on developing features for our Order Management and Checkout Engine, building an internal Social Network platform for WeWork community members, and integrating AI-driven tools to enhance internal operations. - You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and engineers, to build innovative solutions that directly impact our day-to-day business. - Oversee the development of Order Management systems from the ground up, including customer journey mapping (CJM), virtual and private workspace management, and other solutions. - Develop a community platform to foster engagement and interaction within the WeWork community. - Build and optimize an internal system to manage leasing operations, helping streamline the process of identifying and acquiring new properties. - Build an AI-driven pricing engine based on historical data, demand analysis, and dynamic inventory management. - Leverage Large Language Models (LLMs) to develop a tool that listens to conversations and automatically generates sales pitches or decks. Key Responsibilities : - Develop and maintain both the backend (Node.js) and frontend (React.js or similar) components of the solutions, ensuring seamless integration across systems. - Build scalable, efficient, and maintainable systems to support business operations, such as Order Management, Dynamic Pricing, and Community Engagement. - Implement AI-based features, such as dynamic pricing engines and sales pitch creation, using tools like Large Language Models (LLMs) and AI algorithms. - Integrate IoT sensors into the system to capture real-time data (e., temperature, occupancy) to optimize resource usage and support billing based on usage. - Work with PostgreSQL or other relational databases to design, implement, and optimize data models and queries. - Ensure efficient data storage and retrieval to support high-performance applications. - Collaborate with product managers, designers, and cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver user-centric features. - Participate in code reviews, pair programming, and continuous improvement practices to ensure high-quality, efficient, and secure code. Mandatory Skills : - Node.js : Expertise in developing server-side applications using Node.js. - TypeScript : Strong proficiency in TypeScript for building scalable and type-safe applications. - Familiarity with modern frontend frameworks like React.js or Vue.js for building interactive, user-friendly interfaces. - Proficiency in PostgreSQL (or other relational databases) for designing and optimizing complex database schemas and writing efficient SQL queries. - Experience with AI-driven applications: integrating tools like LLMs for natural language processing or other machine learning models. - Understanding of dynamic pricing models and data-driven decision-making processes. - Experience with designing and building microservices architectures for scalability and maintainability.
