Oracle Application Lead - WMS/LogFire Modules

Job Title : Oracle Logfire WMS Application Lead. Location : Bengaluru / Pune / Hyderabad. Experience Required : - 7.5 years in Oracle Cloud Warehouse Management. Availability : Immediate to 30 days. Job Type : 6 Months Contract. Mandatory Skills : Oracle Logfire WMS, warehouse operations, customer-facing skills, team collaboration. Job Summary : As an Application Lead, you will lead the design, development, and configuration of applications, specifically focusing on Oracle Logfire Warehouse Management System (WMS). Acting as the primary point of contact, you will oversee the entire application development process and ensure the successful implementation of solutions. This role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams, project management, and providing technical expertise and guidance. Your leadership and technical knowledge will be instrumental in driving the development of high-quality applications, ultimately contributing to the project's success. Roles & Responsibilities : - Conduct warehouse visits to analyze and understand current processes; collaborate with the Customer Operations team to identify and suggest operational improvements. - Perform feasibility studies to assess alignment with the Oracle Logfire WMS solution implemented since 2017. - Implement quick fixes within the Logfire WMS system as required. - Document requirements and provide a roadmap for implementing new features or enhancements. - Collaborate with WMS consultants and execute solutions from offshore locations. - Manage project deliverables and ensure alignment with customer expectations. Requirements And Qualifications : Technical Skills : Must-Have Skills : - Extensive experience with Oracle Logfire WMS as an architect or team lead. - Proven experience in end-to-end Logfire WMS implementations. - Strong customer-facing skills, with the ability to engage with warehouse operations teams. - Knowledge of warehouse processes and best practices. Good-to-Have Skills : Oracle Logfire WMS Certification from Oracle University. Soft Skills : - Strong communication skills for effective client and team interaction. - Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment. - Leadership and project management skills to oversee the development process. Educational Qualifications : Minimum of 7.5 years of experience in Oracle Cloud Warehouse Management.
