Node.js Developer - Backend Architecture

Job Description : Responsibilities : - Oversee and build end-to-end solutions, including CJM, Virtual, Private, and more, starting from the ground up for WeWork India's Order Management and Checkout Engine. - Develop a social network platform for the user of the WeWork community Engage. - Manage projects for the Internal Team, Sales Team, and Real Estate Team, each day-to-day ops. - RE Scout: Internal system to take a particular system on lease. - Pricing Engine : Develop an AI-driven, variety of parameters, history demand dynamic pricing of an inventory. - Smart Sales Pitch Creator : LLMs to be used and keep listening to the conversation and create a pitch/ deck. - Utilize IoT sensors to gather data for problem-solving, such as temperature and occupancy detection, which can also support billing based on usage. - Camera feeds will help with additional insights. - Leverage AI models to recommend SKU mixes for new buildings and design layout recommendations based on input data. Requirements : - Node.js : Expertise in developing server-side applications using Node.js. - TypeScript : Strong proficiency in TypeScript for building scalable and type-safe applications. - Familiarity with modern frontend frameworks like React.js or Vue.js for building interactive, user-friendly interfaces. - Proficiency in PostgreSQL (or other relational databases) for designing and optimizing complex database schemas and writing efficient SQL queries. - Experience with AI-driven applications: integrating tools like LLMs for natural language processing or other machine learning models. - Understanding of dynamic pricing models and data-driven decision-making processes. - Knowledge of data pipelines, ETL processes, and tools like Apache Kafka for real-time data processing. - Experience with real-time data streaming and event-driven architecture (e.g., WebSockets, GraphQL Subscriptions). - Skills : Node.js, TypeScript. - Problem-Solving Abilities. - Database : PostgreSQL. - Experience : 2-6 years (ref:hirist.tech)
