Position : Senior Engineer - IDAM Location : Bangalore Job Summary : Join a leading tech retail giant as a Senior Engineer - IDAM, you will lead and implement robust Identity and Access Management (IDAM) services, focusing on Identity Governance and Administration (IGA), Privileged Access Management (PAM), and authentication protocols. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices, integrating emerging technologies to enhance security. Key Responsibilities : 1. Technical Leadership : - Lead IDAM initiatives and ensure adherence to high standards. - Provide technical guidance on implementing identity solutions such as authentication and authorization mechanisms. - Drive integration patterns with Active Directory (AD), Azure AD, Azure MFA, and Single Sign-On (SSO) solutions. 2. Identity & Access Management Expertise : - Work with IGA platforms and IAM/PAM technologies to enhance IDAM capabilities. - Implement secure authentication standards like MFA and JSON Web Tokens (JWT). - Utilize tools like BeyondTrust and Saviynt to manage privileged access and enforce policies. 3. Risk Management : - Identify and mitigate risks in identity projects. - Ensure compliance with industry frameworks such as NIST and MITRE. 4. Stakeholder Collaboration : - Engage with developers, analysts, and vendors to define and deliver project requirements. - Manage project timelines and vendor relationships effectively. 5. Continuous Improvement : - Integrate emerging identity management technologies. - Document and support enterprise IAM tools to ensure reliability and availability. Required Skills and Experience : Technical Expertise : - In-depth knowledge of IAM/PAM solutions, SSO, and two-factor authentication. - Proficiency in Active Directory, Azure AD, Azure MFA, and related technologies. - Understanding of cybersecurity fundamentals and authentication protocols. Experience : - 6-10 years in Identity and Access Management. - Hands-on experience with IGA platforms, IAM technologies (e.g., BeyondTrust, Saviynt), and MFA protocols. Competencies : - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Excellent communication for effective cross-functional collaboration. - Adaptability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment. - Leadership to drive results and influence stakeholders.
