Job Description

A career as a senior clerk on National Bank’s Private Banking 1859 team, your ability to work in synergy with several partners will shine. In this role, you’ll take charge of administrative needs and requests from collaborators and partners. Your job: Perform various administrative tasks independently according to established policies, standards, and procedures. Respond to requests from clients and partners involved in files by offering professional and courteous service. Conduct checks and analyses to ensure the accuracy of data and operations. Manage and provide administrative follow-up of files. Produce the various reports and statistics required by different partners and ensure data integrity. Help the Account Manager and the Account Representative coordinate and distribute work. Open business and personal files and complete various requests for clients. Make sure that your unit meets quality standards, while making the necessary corrections to work methods and procedures. Your team: You’ll be part of a passionate team that is committed to going the extra mile to serve a discerning clientele in a market with strong potential.
