Job Description

I am looking for an Electrician to work in social housing and provide reactive repairs and planned preventative maintenance for local authorities and housing associations.
Your role:
The work will be across the Surrey area (Leatherhead, Guildford, Kingston-upon-Thames).
Properties are situated across all of these areas so there will be regular travel as a requirement of the job.
Carry out property repairs and maintenance works - social housing

What you need:
* C&G 6163 or EAL Level 3 Electrical Installation Qualification
* BS7671:2018 18th Edition Electrical Regulations Certificate
* AM2 Assessment
* 2391 Domestic Testing Qualification

Requirements for Job:
Full UK driving license
Experience of working in social housing
ECS card

Hours of work: 8am - 5pm
Monday to Friday
