About Inspire Brands: Inspire Brands is disrupting the restaurant industry through digital transformation and operational efficiencies. The companys technology hub, Inspire Brands Hyderabad Support Center, India, will lead technology innovation and product development for the organization and its portfolio of distinct brands. The Inspire Brands Hyderabad Support Center will focus on developing new capabilities in data science, data analytics, eCommerce, automation, cloud computing, and information security to accelerate the companys business strategy. Inspire Brands Hyderabad Support Center will also host an innovation lab and collaborate with start-ups to develop solutions for productivity optimization, workforce management, loyalty management, payments systems, and more. REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS or ABILITIES: Architecture and site design technical acumen across the entire restaurant design and architecture process including architectural, site/civil planning, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and brand elements. Strong CAD drawing skills and the ability to quickly develop multi-brand preliminary floor plans, elevations, site plans and building sections. Must be able to manage a significant workload and effectively prioritize projects with minimal direction. Ability to interface and maintain excellent professional relationships with a variety of audiences to include franchise partners, internal construction and real-estate function, internal and external legal counsel, and various other departments within the Brands as well as government agencies related to site development Ability to succinctly provide project and workload status reports to Director Site Plans on a frequent and on-going basis. Ability to successfully deliver all multi-brand new store openings, renovations, refreshes, and conceptual elements executing counts and quality against competing priorities and aggressive schedules within a matrix organization Ability to review and coordinate multiple CD reviews across all brands and on schedule. Restaurant or retail technical design development and execution Ability to motivate consultants to produce quality materials within tight timeframes and simultaneously manage a large project span against competing priorities. High level of proficiency in reading and understanding architectural, structural, mechanical, and technical engineering documents Work requires willingness to work a flexible schedule. ACAD/REVIT/SketchUp/Adobe Creative Suite proficient PowerPoint/Word/Excel proficient Workflow management software such as Lucernex / ProCore proficient Years Of Experience: 5 years of experience producing technical documentation to support the site development process 5 years of applied working experience leading a high-volume site planning, layout, and land use team 5 years of experience in restaurant or retail architecture, construction, or store design Preferred: 5 years of experience in planning and project management, with an emphasis in restaurants or retail outlets. Leadership in design and construction; experience in franchise industry required; previous work in a restaurant franchise development function seen as highly desirable Some civil engineering background or experience desired
