The companys technology hub, Inspire Brands Hyderabad Support Center, India, will lead technology innovation and product development for the organization and its portfolio of distinct brands. The Inspire Brands Hyderabad Support Center will focus on developing new capabilities in data science, data analytics, eCommerce, automation, cloud computing, and information security to accelerate the companys business strategy. Inspire Brands Hyderabad Support Center will also host an innovation lab and collaborate with start-ups to develop solutions for productivity optimization, workforce management, loyalty management, payments systems, and more. REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS or ABILITIES: Energetic and enthusiastic designer with the ability to manage multiple projects and project sizes across a multi-brand matrix organization. Strong technical Sketchup, Adobe Suite, ACAD proficiency to develop impactful visualization to help convey concept ideas. Knowledge of materials/finishes and application in a commercial restaurant environment. Understanding of restaurant operational layouts. Ability to apply knowledge of architecture and interior design principles to achieve successful outcomes in store designs that ensure compliance with established brand design and standards Capable of setting priorities, meeting deadlines, and managing multiple projects in a changing environment. Highly motivated and the ability to work as team player and excellent communicator Ability to absorb and reflect on architectural drawings in ever-evolving operating systems and store design standards. Ability to interface and maintain excellent professional relationships with a variety of audiences to include franchise partners, internal construction and real-estate function, outsourced consultants, and various other departments within the Brands Proficient in reading and understanding architectural, structural, mechanical, and technical engineering documents Work requires willingness to work a flexible schedule. PowerPoint/Word/Excel proficient Years Of Experience: 5 years of applied working experience in a related field 3 years producing concept design drawings in a relevant CAD software system Experience in restaurant or retail architecture, construction, or store design 2 years of experience managing junior staff
