Our headquarters is located in Lagos, Nigeria, with our Indian office located in Chennai. Role Description : We are currently seeking a T24 Software Developer (AA) to join our Chennai team. This is a full-time on-site role located in Chennai. As a T24 Software Developer (AA), you will be responsible for developing and implementing customized software for our customers' banking and finance needs. You will also develop solutions in compliance with industry standards, ensuring that all our processes are secure and stable, and work with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities and provide customized solutions. Qualifications : - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field - 4 years of experience in Temenos T24 core banking software development and customization (Technical, Functional, and others) - Expertise in Temenos products AA, and software development tools such as Eclipse, Jaspersoft, jBase, and TAFC/Design Studio - Hands-on experience in interfaces such as MultiCash, SWIFT, and ESB with knowledge of integration methods such as XML, MQ, SOAP, and REST - Proficient in PL/SQL, working knowledge of Unix and IBM AIX operating system, and strong SQL Data Management skills - Excellent knowledge of software development life cycles (SDLC) and best practices in the banking industry - Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment - Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills, including the ability to effectively communicate with both technical and non-technical audiences (ref:hirist.tech)
