Job Description - Supply and Production Planner [Fixed-Term Contract] (2407027095W) This position reports to Plan Associate Manager and is based in Santa Palomba Pomezia, Italy. Role reports to: Plan Associate Manager What you will do The Candidate will be responsible for supporting Supply and Production Plan operations: Key Responsibilities Point of contact for the relevant portfolio to supply points: managing supply constraints to minimize business impact with participation to weekly and monthly platforms with affiliates. Tracking net requirements evolution and understanding and actioning for deviations. Tracking daily production execution and understanding and actioning for deviations. Weekly and monthly rough cut capacity planning to identify gaps in supply vs demand; triggering solutions to mitigate and manage the short to long term exceptions and provide insights for S&OP process in a clear and timely manner. MPS and distribution planning to ensure production plans match to demand signal. Shop floor and production optimization and re-scheduling when necessary to resolve short term conflicts. Optimum inventory management to ensure cost and customer service targets are met. Supply and production planning point of contact for NPI/NPD/CIP project management; execution for avoiding SLOB/leftovers. Setting and maintaining planning and scheduling parameters to ensure seamless execution and data flow. What we are looking for · Master/bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Business economics, or related field. · Minimum of 3 years experiences in Supply Chain and Production Planning and/or in another related Supply Chain field such as Procurement, Manufacturing or Logistics. · Experience in SAP R/3 and OMP is a plus, MS Office, especially strong Excel is a must. · Fluent level of written and spoken English is a must. · Open to learn to work within a regional matrix organization and virtual multinational teams. · A positive minded Teammate that can positively influence the organization and inspire others. · A dynamic and self-starter personality, detail-orientation, willing to focus and commit even in periods of multiple priorities.
