Job Description
Position: Operation Specialist Department: Operations Role Description: We are looking for an Operation Specialist to join the Operations department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and monitoring the entire purchase order (PO) lifecycle, ensuring timelines are met and operations run smoothly in collaboration with suppliers and the internal team. The position is based in the Italian office in Modena and the Chinese office. Main Responsibilities: Analyzing production planning based on company forecasts; Generating and managing purchase orders (PO); Monitoring the progress of orders, identifying any delays or issues; Updating and maintaining the order database; Escalating significant delays or production problems with suppliers to management; Verifying supplier payment schedules and collaborating with the Finance team to ensure the accuracy of deadlines and expected deliverables; Performing routine operations and overseeing BOM systems, including inventory control activities in US warehouses and suppliers (receipts, shipments, inventory alignment, valuation, etc.); Regular interaction with the Eggtronic purchasing team in China and the Eggtronic USA representative; Proposing process optimization and automation related to the above activities. Requirements: Strong knowledge of Excel tools (pivot tables and basic functions); Good knowledge of English, minimum level B2; Analytical skills and attention to detail; Precision and high ability to work autonomously and organize tasks; Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to manage priorities; Ability to work in a team and communicate with foreign suppliers. Knowledge of Netsuite (preferred); 2-3 years of professional experience (preferred). J-18808-Ljbffr
