Account Manager - Barcelona, Spain Our client is one of the largest toy and game manufacturers in the world. They sell online and through their own stores. The majority of our client sales come from B2B. The role involves Account managing a territory of at least 90 independent retailers. Ensuring that every store owner receives a quality phone call every week that leads to: An advancement in their stock holding. Selling them appropriate new releases. Providing knowledge about improving product sales. A continued improvement in our business relationship. Quality Calls We have a comprehensive call structure and robust training for you to follow. This has been developed to maximize the impact of our client interactions, giving you the best chance to manage the sales relationship and set them up for long-term success with our product. The expectations A quality call with each of your clients every week. An appropriate restock order for each of your clients every month. Support your clients to grow their sales of our products. Improve long-term business relationships that lead to our clients selling more product year on year. Fluency in one of the following languages: Italian, French, German, Dutch, or Polish. Bachelor's degree and a valid driving license. The salary, bonus & benefits Salary: 32,000 Plus: Pension Scheme Sharesave Scheme Life Assurance Staff Discount Profit Share Scheme Job details & location 5 days a week, Monday to Friday, roughly 95 depending on your territory. The role is 100% office-based in our European Sales Office in Barcelona. You may visit clients from time to time, so you will require a valid driving license. J-18808-Ljbffr
