Posizione: Artelia Italia is looking for a Project Manager Assistant to join the Rome office within the Building Business Unit for an important logistics project in the Industry sector . You will report directly to the Project Manager who oversees the entire project. The main activities you will be dedicated are: Daily update/photo of site activity 3D site survey OpenSpace - weekly basis (specific workshop will be provided) Minute of Meeting preparation - weekly basis Weekly cliente report preparation support - weekly basis Monthly site report preparation support - monthly bases Daily interface with Work Director team and General contractor team for open items Attending specific meeting - upon request Support in coordination of client consultant - upon request General Client support request - upon request Requisiti: Master’s degree in Architecture or Engineering Fluent in English – level B2/C1 Be registered in the Professional Register Altre informazioni: Site: Rome North If you see yourself in the points listed, send us your profile.
