Job Description
Reporting into the Head of Supply Chain and with responsibility across all 3 sub-functions (Planning, Logistics & Customer Service), the Data & Systems Specialist will be the central owner for System support (inc. SAP & EDI), Process Development/Optimization (including process mining & process automation), Technical Project Co-ordination (Celonis / ESKER / S4 HANA), all relevant Pricing & Customer Master data and Analysis Tools (Business Analyst 2.0).

RESPONSIBILITIES

- CUSTOMER DATA
Responsible for the creation and update of the relevant master data related to customers, including pricing in CPM & SAP and Customer Hierarchy changes.
Ensure best practice and continued improvement of our data holding.
Leverage Celonis to add improved control & reporting on Customer data. - SYSTEMS
SAP Super User - leading all development, hot-pack testing and HQ escalation for this system; including regular communication & updates to Stakeholders.
Regular review of HQ Tools & Solutions for implementation. - PROJECT CO-ORDINATION
Serve as the central co-ordinator for all Technical Supply chain projects (S4 HANA / CELONIS / EDI development).
Share regular updates with the team and key stakeholders on timelines, progress, and any blockers.
Ensure adoption and regular use of all "added value" tools delivered into the team and actively participating in continuous improvement projects associated with these tools. - PROCESS DEVELOPMENT
Leading the execution of process mining & automation (RPA) across the supply chain team - looking for opportunities to simplify, automate and optimize.
Ensure that processes are executed according to the corporate governance and guidelines. Escalates to the key user and Supply Chain Managers processes out of standards and contributes proactively to the improvement of processes. - BUSINESS ANALYST 2.0
Contribute to analytical excellence by providing reliable and effective analysis tools (Power BI, Tableau, Python, Trifacta, SQL, R).
Develop and own solution.
Generate value to Supply Chain and Business through data. - OTHER
Providing cover as needed for the wider Supply Chain function - through cross-training & back-up planning.
Documenting all key processes in role (manual, guidelines, BPPs) to ensure that contingency/cover is possible of this business-critical role.
Engagement, support & involvement in wider team activities to help contribute to a highly engaged Supply Chain team.
EXPERIENCE
Your areas of knowledge and expertise
that matter most for this role:
- Engineer or Business School Graduate.
- Minimum 3 years' experience in systems and data management in complex and fast moving environment Knowledge of FMCG or logistics sectors.
- An experience of project management in supply chain systems/tools implementation would be a plus Strong SAP experience.
- Fluency with computer languages (Python, SQL, VBA ...)
- Attention to detail
- Strong communications skills (verbal and in writing)
- Work under pressure, good time management
- Ability to multi-task essential
- Proactive, empathetic, patient
- Developed problem solving and analytical skills
- Proactive outlook on continuous improvement
- Fluent in french & english
- Travel 0-10%
