Role: Telesales Trade & Commercial
Working hours: 8am til 5pm
Location: Lopen Business Park

We offer an individual solution for all our customer’s facility needs including forklift trucks, industrial and commercial doors, and general industrial equipment, to also cover rough terrain, telehandlers, utility vehicles, operator training and much more. We have recently developed a new Aluminium Window & Door Division, which has benefitted from substantial investment in infrastructure, machinery, and resource. The plan is to grow trade sales and become a key player within the sector.
About the role:
We are looking for someone who has excellent telephone skills that can convert sales leads into business, able to build customer relationships to ensure future repeat business.
Working closely with our Marketing Specialist, we will be looking to build an effective long-term strategy for generating and converting leads. This is an excellent opportunity to stamp your own plan within the business. Developing and maintaining inbound leads through a variety of marketing channels such as email campaigns and social media.
The role will demand time cold calling and building a pipeline of leads into the trade, commercial and retail markets.
We require an experienced individual with a good understanding of sales and marketing that is a strong communicator. Working as part of the sales team you will ensure potential customers get an excellent understanding of the Window and Door products Altegra can offer.
Responsibilities:
* Cold calling new & existing customers and building relationships with key accounts.
* Working against KPI’s and reporting activity on a weekly basis.
* Qualifying incoming leads and building a client database using a CRM.
* Adapting a tone of voice depending on audience.
* Creating your own email campaigns with measured follow-up calls.
* Developing social media campaigns and building the brand using social media channels.
Candidate Requirements:
* Must be confident, outgoing and technically minded.
* Able to performance against set targets.
* Ideally have a technical background.
* CRM experience
* Interacted with social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn.
* Conversant with Word, Excel and Powerpoint.
* Be able to demonstrate success in a similar role
