Salary range starting at $52K + performance incentives

What we need (Skills)

  • An experienced hands-on leader excited to help their team succeed
  • A leader who takes safety seriously
  • Ability to communicate and read in English
  • Spanish as a second language is a plus
  • Ability to efficiently use a computer
  • o  Ongoing training is provided
  • Clear thoughtful team communicator – Comfortable speaking to small groups
  • Takes pride in doing remedial tasks to set their team up for efficiency and success
  • Keep tools organized
  • Keep work areas clean
  • Able to report to leadership teams and take back and share information with your team
  • I can is more important than I know
  • Applicants must live in the Tampa Bay area and keep an office at the distribution center in Largo, FL

Physical Demands

  • Full time, Monday – Friday
  • o  10:00 am till 7:00 pm or complete
  • Regularly lift and/or move up to 20 pounds and frequently lift and move 50 pounds or more as a team
  • Be on your feet managing workflow and process for the entire shift
  • Not allergic to solvents, aerosols, or dust
  • Use arms, hands and fingers to handle, grasp, reach, pull, push
  • Stand, walk, stoop, kneel and crouch regularly
  • The ability to see and accurately match color
