Main Responsibilities Strategic: Demonstrate and achieve high level of accuracy and proficiency in handling customer transactionsand co-ordinate withall relevantdepartmentstoensure timelysettlement oftransactions. Financial: N/A Customer: Deliverahighqualityofservicetoenhancethefunction'sreputationandmeetcustomer'sexpectations. Work in partnership with CSD & front teams without compromise in Compliance and procedure towardssupporting customerrequests forprocessing ina timely manner. Bethefirstpoint of contactonsimpleenquiriesandescalatetoappropriateauthority. Workinpartnershipwithexternalcounterparttoshareinformationinordertoresolveanyenquiries. Updatestatusofpendingdocuments andsendsuitable correspondenceanddofollowupwithcustomers People: N/A Other / Control: Support the Department Head in ensuring a high level of customer service is adopted by all members oftheteamand escalateany unresolved itemsimmediately. Ensure that all transactions under own area of responsibility are processed, confirmed and settled ina timelyandaccurate basis,inaccordancetoset procedures. Reviewthatperiodic KYCcheckhavebeenperformedandescalatedappropriately Proactivelyinvolveinalertresolution Maintaingoodworking knowledgeofindustry trends,products,relevant lawsandregulations. Adheretoallcompanypolicies aswellasguidelines. Providesupporttotheteam by assistingindaytodayworkingofthe Department Assistcustomersinresolvingqueries pertainingtotheiraccount. TimelysubmissionofStatutory,internal andMISreports Escalateanyunresolvedcomplexenquiriestomore experiencedmembersoftheteam. Completeadministrationactivitiesincludingbutnot limitedtofiling/storageofdocumentationanddataentry CandidateProfile Skills&Knowledge: Minimum 2-3years ofexperience Strong PCskills (MSOffice). Soundknowledgeofthedeposit operation. Goodinterpersonalskillstodealcourteouslyandeffectivelywithothers. Goodunderstandingofbasicbanking products. Understandingoflocalrelevant regulations.
