Role Description : This is a full-time on-site role for a Python Technical Lead at Chadwick Professional Services in Thiruvananthapuram. The Python Technical Lead will be responsible for leading technical projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams, developing robust Python applications, ensuring best practices in coding and architecture, and providing technical guidance and mentorship. Qualifications : - Expertise in Python programming, software development, and system design. - Experience in leading technical projects and teams. - Proficiency in database management and back-end technologies. - Knowledge of software development lifecycle and agile methodologies. - Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related : - Development with Python web applications or other MVC frameworks. - FastAPI preferably for backend stack, though experience with Flask and Django is helpful. - Monitor and troubleshoot web applications and analytics. - Work closely with various teams to help develop new ways of showcasing internal and external web applications - Facilitate the sharing of knowledge and experience across teams to enable effective use of our tools and solutions. - Participate in problem management by identifying and closing gaps in monitoring and workflows. Requirements : - Development experience with Python, Django & PostgresQL, mongodb - Have helped develop custom-built object-oriented applications for a year. - Great OO skills, including strong design patterns knowledge - Knowledge of Web Services required like: JSON, SOAP, REST and XML based web services. - Having knowledge of AWS/Google Cloud platforms will be a big plus. - Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git (ref:hirist.tech)
