Role Description : - This is a full-time on-site role for a Salesforce Developer at Chadwick Professional Services in Thiruvananthapuram. - The Salesforce Developer will be responsible for Visualforce Pages development, Salesforce. com Development, Lightning Web Components implementation, Salesforce. com Administration, and Salesforce. com customization. Experience Required : 8 Years. Qualifications : Salesforce CRM Customization & Maintenance : - Customise and maintain Salesforce implementations in Sales, Service, and Community Clouds to meet dynamic business needs. Business Collaboration & Requirements Gathering : - Conduct needs assessments with business users, draft scopes of work, and create functional specifications for new or modified applications. Solution Design & Deployment : - Gather requirements, design solutions, and deploy them using best practices, ensuring that solutions are high-performing, reusable, and reliable. Apex Development & Customization : - Develop robust Apex code, leveraging Salesforce capabilities (APEX, SOQL, SOSL, Lightning Components), and ensure adherence to best practices. Administration & Security Management : - Oversee Process Builders, Workflows, Validations, Object Models, and Security settings, maintaining integrity in Profiles, Roles, and Permission Sets. System Integrations : - Build and manage integrations with external systems (e., ERP 12.6) using REST APIs and Web Services, with experience in MuleSoft for integration. Testing, Debugging, & Stakeholder Training : - Support QA testing, conduct code debugging, ensure seamless deployment, and provide user training on new features to business stakeholders. Troubleshooting & Support : - Resolve complex issues, provide workarounds, and ensure timely fixes; offer daily end-user support and training. Primary Development Lead : - Serve as the lead developer, utilising core Salesforce languages (Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, HTML, XML, JavaScript, CSS, AJAX, SOQL, REST APIs.
