Location : Bangalore Client : Arrow Electronics Shift Timings : General Shift Experience : 6-8 Years Work Mode : Hybrid Interview : (Virtual) Job Summary : We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Oracle EBS Technical Consultant to join our team and support Arrow Electronics. This role requires expertise in a variety of Oracle EBS technologies and modules to deliver technical solutions, provide production support, and participate in Agile development processes. Responsibilities : - Design, develop, and implement customizations, extensions, interfaces, and reports using Oracle technologies like SQL, PL/SQL, Forms 6i, Reports 6i, XML Publisher, Personalization, and Custom PL/SQL Libraries (PLLs). - Experience with Oracle Application Framework (OAF) and Advanced Data Flow (ADF) is a plus. - Deep understanding of Oracle EBS Supply Chain Management (SCM) modules, including Order Management, Shipping, Purchasing, Inventory, with exposure to Accounts Receivable (AR) and Trade Credit Automation (TCA) functionalities. - Maintain a stable and accurate Oracle EBS production environment. - Experience in monitoring individual queues, updating tickets according to Service Level Agreements (SLAs), and collaborating with stakeholders to resolve production issues. - Troubleshoot and analyze technical problems including concurrent program failures, performance issues, long-running programs, and standard API issues. - Translate functional requirements into technical design specifications using established methodologies. - Develop robust technical designs with scalability, performance, and architecture considerations in mind. - Deliver solutions that meet the highest quality standards by adhering to established SDLC processes and proposing improvements. Skills & Experience : - Proven experience with Oracle EBS R12 or higher. - Expertise in SQL, PL/SQL, Forms 6i, Reports 6i, XML Publisher, Personalization, and Custom PL/SQL Libraries. - Strong understanding of Oracle EBS SCM modules (Order Management, Shipping, Purchasing, Inventory) with exposure to AR and TCA functionalities (advantageous). - Experience with Oracle Applications Architecture concepts. - Experience working with standard APIs and debugging API issues. - Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences. - Self-driven, results-oriented, and possesses a strong work ethic. - Ability to take ownership of assigned tasks and projects. - Demonstrated ability to build and maintain effective working relationships with all levels of an organization, including functional teams and cross-cultural teams. - Strong teamwork, facilitation, and negotiation skills. - Adaptable and comfortable working independently or as part of a team. Additional Information : - Experience working in a Global Agile environment is a plus. - Experience working on migrations (upgrades or rollouts) is a plus. - Ability to work under pressure and manage competing priorities effectively. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills (ref:hirist.tech)
