Neokred - Senior Data Analyst - SQL/Python

Job Description : Neokred is a FinTech company based in Bangalore and an ISO 9001 | 27001, 27701 & 20000-1 and CISA & CICRA certified firm in Information and Data Security. The company builds Consumer Tech for Financial Infrastructure stack to provide curated versions of embedded banking in the payment ecosystem. We've created a platform which enables Corporates, Banks, FinTechs, Retail Companies, and Start-ups to launch their own banking services or financial products, such as payment solutions, facilitating lending, virtual bank accounts, KYC and digital profiling for their customers or employees with the help of low code plug and play technology stack. BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE ROLE : We are looking for an experienced Senior Data Analyst who can provide insights on a regular basis. The ideal candidate will have mathematical and statistical expertise, along with natural curiosity and a creative mind. Your KRAs will include the following : - Serve as the lead data strategist by identifying and incorporating new datasets that enhance product functionality, while closely collaborating with the engineering team on data product development. - Developing a complete data architecture, including data warehouses/lakes, and connecting them to BI tools such as Power BI. - Analyzing data to identify trends and patterns, along with interpreting it with clear objectives in mind. - Improving data gathering processes to incorporate all pertinent data for building analytical systems. - Proposing solutions and strategies to address business challenges. - Researching solutions to overcome data analytics challenges. - Communicating complex ideas verbally and visually in an understandable manner to non-technical stakeholders. - Identifying relevant data sources and sets to mine for client business needs and collecting large structured and unstructured datasets and variables. - Finding the best suited algorithms to train the model according to business requirements. - Selecting features, building and optimizing classifiers using machine learning techniques. - Creating procedures and tools to track and assess the success of models and the accuracy of the data. - Understanding the market trends and the latest methodologies used in order to incorporate the same in the company. YOU SHOULD POSSESS : - 4 - 6 years of experience as Data Analyst. - Strong problem-solving skills with an emphasis on product development. - Proficiency with data mining, mathematics, and statistical analysis. - Good experience in Natural Language Processing, Object Character Recognition and deep learning concepts. - Experience in Deploying ML models to the infrastructure. - Good knowledge in Classification and Non-classification Algorithms. - Experience using statistical computer languages (R, Python, SQL, etc.) to manipulate data and draw insights from large data sets. - Advanced experience in pattern recognition and predictive modeling. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills for coordinating across teams (ref:hirist.tech)
