Key Responsibilities : - Design, develop, and implement Siebel solutions, including custom objects, business services, workflows, and scripts. - Configure Siebel modules such as Order Management, Product Catalog, Customer Service, and Billing. - Develop and maintain complex Siebel integrations with external systems using Siebel EAI. - Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to Siebel applications. - Design and implement Siebel data models, including entities, fields, and relationships. - Write and debug SQL procedures to perform data manipulation and integration tasks. - Utilize Data Validation Manager to ensure data integrity and consistency. - Design and implement Siebel workflows to automate business processes. - Debug and optimize workflow performance. - Configure Siebel Product Catalog and Pricing to support complex product offerings. - Implement pricing rules and discounts. - Strong understanding of Siebel Telecommunications applications, including Order Management, Service Request Management, and Inventory Management. - Experience with telecommunications-specific business processes and requirements. Required Skills and Experience : - Strong proficiency in Siebel Tools, including Siebel Tools, Siebel Open UI, and Siebel Tools for Developers. - Advanced knowledge of Siebel architecture and components. - Expertise in Siebel scripting languages (eScript, VB Script). - In-depth understanding of SQL and database concepts. - Experience with Siebel EAI and integration technologies. - Knowledge of Siebel Data Validation Manager. - Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices (ref:hirist.tech)
