Power BI Developer - SSRS

Requirements : - Deep understanding of Power BI service, user management, and report sharing with row-level security. - Extensive experience with the Microsoft platform. - Hands-on Experience with BI Toolsets like PowerBI and SSRS. - Experience with Tabular Modal, DAX. - Must have Experience with advanced SQL Server and DataWarehouse Concepts. Personality Traits : - Excellent written and verbal communication skills (Essential). - The ability to quickly learn new concepts and tools is essential. - Candidates must be willing to put in the extra time and effort required to learn new concepts and tools. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight : - Provides high quality, on-time input to client projects in the life sciences field. - Assignments range in complexity from basic analysis and problem solving to assisting in the development of more complex solutions. - Will serve as project leader for small teams or work streams. - Business analysis skillset, understanding on KPIs and associated business rules - Hands-on experience for development on Power BI, PowerApps and Power Automate - Hands on experience for development of SQL query writing & DAX - Hands on experience for development of Canvas App Configuration, Canvas App Functions, Power Portals, Power Automate, Power Automate Desktop. - Good if there is knowledge in Azure services, custom connectors, portals, AI builder and Virtual Agents. - Experience customizing SharePoint lists. - Understanding of Software Development Life Cycle and Agile methodologies. - Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills. - Previous experience in application or implementation support domain is necessary. - Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, Access and good to have knowledge on VBA Data modeling and ETL expertise - Experience on any BI technology (Spotfire, Tableau, Qlik or others) - Good communication skill. - Fluent written and spoken English is mandatory. - Good project management, proposal writing, PDD/SDD, user documentation creation skillset - Any Microsoft power platform certification would be an advantage (ref:hirist.tech)
