Responsibilities : Working closely with IT L&D Program and Project Managers to ensure projects are executed according to plan and meet all requirements. Supporting the team by coordinating meetings, maintaining project schedules, tracking progress, and providing status updates. Facilitating communication as needed between project team members to ensure project success. Identifying and resolving issues, risks, and constraints that may impact project timelines or outcomes. Assisting with administrative functions including managing mailbox, drafting key communications, and coordinating various L&D efforts. Ensuring project documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and readily available to all relevant parties. Help assist in developing presentations to internal and external stakeholders as needed. Participating in the continuous improvement of learning processes and procedures. Must Have: Bachelors degree / Masters degree 3 years of relevant experience. Project Coordinator experience and cross-divisional experience highly desired. MS Office experience, any PM tool & proficient in Excel. Ability to work independently. Must have high level of organization and attention to detail. Experience with pulling, scrubbing, and reading data Nice to Have: Prior experience working in Learning & Development LMS admin experience Ability to build strategic plans and operate tactically to drive execution Prior experience at a Tech oriented Global Capability Center (GCC) Project tracking software experience PMP / Scrum Master certification
