What you will do The Warehouse Operations Lead is responsible for managing/controlling inbound/outbound flows, inventory levels, ensuring accuracy in stock counts, overseeing stock movements, monitoring pallets flows (Blu/White) and maintaining efficient warehouse operations for the WHs under his responsibilities. In 3PL set up operations, he/she is also responsible for keeping alignment between SAP and 3PL WMS. This role involves tracking inventory, coordinating stock control activities, and implementing effective inventory management practices to meet operational requirements and minimize discrepancies. The role also requires a presence on the shop floor to ensure safety, adherence to Kenvue standards and procedures, and drive continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities Inbound/Outbound flow management: Inbound: processes and activities involved in receiving, unloading, inspecting, and storing incoming goods in the warehouse. Outbound: processes and activities involved in picking, packing, and shipping goods from the warehouse to customers or other destinations. Operational Efficiency: Collaborate with the warehouse team to ensure efficient and organized stock storage. Optimize warehouse space utilization and layout to enhance operational efficiency. Assist in developing and implementing best practices for inventory management. Oversee the receiving, storage, and distribution of goods in the warehouse. Implement and maintain stock control procedures to optimize inventory accuracy and minimize losses. Coordinate stock movements, including transfers, adjustments, and returns. Maintain alignment between SAP logistics data and 3PL WMS. Generate and analyze inventory reports to identify trends, shortages, and excess stock. Ensure all stock transactions are recorded accurately and timely. Inventory Management: Monitor and maintain inventory levels, ensuring stock availability to meet operational demands. Conduct/Monitor regular stock counts and reconciliations to maintain accurate inventory records. Identify and address inventory discrepancies and variances promptly. Quality Control: Oversight incoming stock for quality, quantity, and adherence to compliance requirements. Ensure Kenvue standard on labeling, storage, and handling of products. Manage and control expired, damaged, or obsolete stock according to company policies. Work closely with Regional Transport team, Demand planning, Countries logistics teams, procurement and sales to ensure smooth stock flow. Establish WOR, MOR with 3PL to monitor performances and drive continuous improvement. Provide training and guidance to warehouse staff on stock control procedures. Support the Logistics Management internal and external in day-to-day warehouse operations and projects. What we are looking for Required Qualifications Degree: Technical or University degree in Logistics/Supply Chain. Minimum 8 years in E2E Supply chain related disciplines. Operational experience across core Transportation, warehousing, knowledge of import/export processes and systems, mainly across road and ocean transportation modes. E2E mindset and collaborative, Customer focused approach and sense of urgency. Innovative mindset with capability for problem solving, compliance orientation/GDP knowledge/quality mindset. Ability to drive continuous improvement and build best practices in Operations efficiency with a focus on Warehouse management to drive E2E value for EMEA.
