My client is a well established travel and tourism company, specializing in coordinating bike lovers to plan cycling trips across the UK and Europe.

Location : Holborn (1 day working from home)
Salary £26,000 + £35K OTE

The ideal candidate :
Is ideally a bike lover or has a passion for the cycling in the outdoors
Solid customer service background
Has previous experience in a sales role

Duties :
Following up on warm leads
Building rapport with customers
Making sure all details are correctly imputed on systems following through and ensuring great customer service
