Field Service Engineer

GMP Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Field Service Engineer for our prestigious client based in Worcester.

This a Temp to Perm role and to start in the New Year Jan 2025.

Duties:

· Conduct installations and servicing on site

* Ensuring we are punctual and driven to carry out high quality work.

* Pro-actively learn and understand the products and projects that we provide to ensure high quality outcomes.

* Carry out safe use of hand and power tools used for cutting, grinding, drilling and fixing.

* Working on site in such industries as Quarries, Mines, Sewage Treatment Works, Water works, Gas works and other industrial areas.

* Installations of framework, Unistrut and equipment.

* Indoor and Outdoor working.

* Driving to and from sites ensuring safe and diligent driving manner.

* Nights away from home for works that run over several days or where longer distance trips are required.

Requirements

* Full UK driving licence

* Flexibility with working hours

* Knowledge of engineering

* Computer/Device literacy

Some or all of the following are an advantage for this position:

* Electrical knowledge

* CSCS Card

* FLT (fork truck) license

You will provided with a van for travel, a tablet and a mobile phone.
