Job Description
We are on the lookout for proactive and confident problem solvers to join our clients IT support team in Lincoln. If you excel in a dynamic setting and have a knack for resolving customer issues, this role is for you!
Key Responsibilities:
Offer support to customers through phone and email.
Investigate and troubleshoot issues reported by users, ensuring swift and effective solutions.
Correct data issues and produce reports as necessary.
Log all support interactions in the ticketing system, ensuring accuracy.
Prioritise and manage the tickets, ensuring compliance with SLAs.
Escalate complex issues as needed.Requirements:
Strong communication skills and a problem-solving mindset.
Experience in customer-facing support, particularly in application or technical support.
Proficiency in report generation.
Keen attention to detail.
