Job Description

Contentious Probate/Trusts Solicitor or Legal Executive – Plymouth or Totnes

  • Although you are Devon based, much of the work will be Bristol, London and nationally based

What will you do?


  • Handle a top-quality contentious probate/trust caseload
  • In particular, advise on one high value and high profile Contentious Trusts/Probate case
  • Work alongside trainees and a fully-fledged secretarial support team
  • As the department evolves you will naturally progress to be the team leader/head of this sub team

What will you need?


  • To be a qualified solicitor or legal executive
  • At least 2 years' litigation experience
  • Contentious probate/trusts experience would be ideal, but not essential
  • If you have a more general dispute resolution background but want to specialise in contentious probate, then definitely get in touch!
