Chef

Bluearrow are recruiting on behalf of their client in the beautiful area of Gower Swansea

We are looking for a Sous /Second chef to work alongside the head chef

=You need to be able to write menus
= Cover for the head chef
= Arrange and organize the kitchen
= Be available to work evening's and weekends as per bookings
Have worked in this role prior
You must have some form of transport

Min salary is based on 40hrs
Max Salary is based on 50hrs which can be worked in peak/summer season
This role is £16 per hr
