* Screening & Interviewing: Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidates' skills, qualifications, and cultural fit.
* Candidate & Client Management: Guide candidates through the hiring process, providing feedback, and ensuring a positive experience.
* Sales Development: Grow your client base through networking, cold-calling, and lead generation.
