Location: Onsite in Mansfield with the flexibility of 1-2 days working from home.

Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and managing creative packaging projects? We’re looking for a dynamic Packaging Account Manager to join our team at Linney Head Office in Mansfield.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the Category Account Director (CAD), clients, and Linney teams to ensure successful delivery of packaging briefs.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients’ product teams, managing assigned accounts.
• Oversee time and cost management for your projects, ensuring meticulous attention to detail and adherence to timelines.
• Demonstrate expertise in critical path creation, quotation requests, and commercial governance.

What We’re Looking For:

• A hands-on professional with a strong understanding of structural CAD design and print production processes.
• Exceptional multi-tasking and project management skills to ensure end-to-end project delivery.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• A passion for sustainability and innovation, always seeking ways to improve and embrace change.

Essential Skills & Behaviours:

• Experience in a retail/corporate environment or agency (production/creative).
• Outstanding organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Proven ability to function well in a fast-paced environment.
• Initiative and proactivity to accomplish objectives and meet project delivery dates.
• Competence in all Microsoft applications.
• A positive and helpful attitude, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external colleagues.
• Understanding of clients’ promotional requirements, challenges, and goals in the evolving retail market.
