Excellent opportunity for a 3rd Line Team Lead with some Audio/Visual Project Management experience or an AV Solutions Manager to join a growing business offering progression, upskilling and training, and a good work/life balance.

This company are at the forefront of the A/V sector and looking to expand their technical capabilities within their 3rd Line Team on a permanent, full-time, basis.

In this role you lead a team of six 3rd Line AV Support Engineers. You'll predominantly focus on leading various new projects but also provide a second opinion on some of the tougher technical challenges faced by the team. You'll be office based 3 times a week, with the other 2 from home.

The ideal candidate will have team leadership or management experience at 3rd Line level or people management experience within an AV Project. Candidates must also have a good understanding of cradle to grave project management and full right to work/remain in the UK.

*Office-based a minimum of 3 days a week

The Person:
*Good leadership experience
*3rd Line experience / Strong AV experience
*Cradle to grave project experience
*Commutable to East Manchester at least 3 days a week
