Key Responsibilities but not limited to:

• Menu Preparation: Create and cook Italian dishes, focusing on Pizza, Pasta, Fish, and fresh Salads, delivering high-quality flavors and presentation every time.
• Ingredient Quality: Ensure all ingredients are fresh, high-quality, and prepared to kosher standards.
• Kitchen Management: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe kitchen environment, following all health and safety guidelines.
• Collaboration: Work closely with their bakery team to manage stock, plan menus, and coordinate on any cross-over items.
• Customer Experience: Present dishes that not only taste exceptional but also create a memorable experience for their guests.
