Transport Recruitment Consultant

Due to continued growth 365 People are looking for a Transport Recruitment Consultant to join our growing team in Leicester.

365 People are highly recognised and respected brand for supplying driving, industrial and commercial staff throughout the UK with over 30 years experience.

As a Transport Recruitment Consultant you will be responsible for maintaining and developing a successful driving desk within a busy branch.

Key Duties

* 360 Recruitment Consultant role supplying temporary or permanent workers into the Road Haulage and Distribution markets

* Business development

* Account management

* Attracting candidates by drafting and placing adverts via online job boards

* Source, screen, interview, evaluate candidates and complete reference checks

* Working hours are 08.00-17.00 Monday – Thursday, 08:00 – 16:00 Friday

* Rotating on call duties required

Person Specification

* 6 months recruitment experience within the transport and industrial recruitment market

* Target driven

* Excellent level of customer service

* Must be articulate and enthusiastic

* Good Administration skills

The majority of your time will be spent in the 365 People office however you will be required to meet clients and candidates off-site at our clients premises to register and interview potential candidates. It is therefore essential that you have a full UK driving licence.
