Job Opportunity: Warehouse Operative (Rotating Shifts)
Location: Barton-under-Needwood
Pay Rate: £12.29 per hour, paid weekly
Shift Pattern: Rotating shifts Monday to Friday, 06:00 - 14:30 and 14:00 - 22:30
Contract Type: Temp-to-Perm Opportunity

Key Responsibilities:

• Quality Control: Maintain high standards by conducting quality checks on incoming and outgoing goods.
• Equipment Operation: Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet trucks, hand scanners, and packaging machinery safely and efficiently.
• Order Processing: Use handheld devices and scanners to locate and record product information accurately.
• Maintaining Safety Standards: Adhere to all health and safety guidelines within the warehouse environment, including maintaining clean and organized workspaces.

Ideal Candidate:

• Warehouse Experience: Prior experience in a warehouse or distribution center environment is beneficial.
• Attention to Detail: Ability to ensure accuracy in order processing and stock handling.
• Physical Stamina: Comfortable working on your feet, with some lifting involved.
• Reliability and Flexibility: Willingness to work rotating shifts and occasionally adapt to business needs.
