WAREHOUSE OPERATIVE MARSHALLER

ROTATING SHIFT: MONDAY - FRIDAY: /

£13.32 - £17.67 PER HOUR

People Solution are looking for a Warehouse Operative Marshaller for our client based in Widnes.

Day to Day Duties

• Data entry
• Checking correct cages number against the system
• Rearranging cages if needed
• Reporting to team leader / shift manager
• Moving and transporting stock into the correct areas of the warehouse
• Receiving and unpacking incoming goods and taking inventories as required
• Organising stock for deliveries and wrapping and securing
• Stacking and stowing pallets away
• Picking and packing goods for customer despatch
• Adhering to Health & Safety at all times and promoting a safe working environment
• Checking the quantity and visual quality of incoming and outgoing goods
• Organising stock for deliveries and reporting any stock difference to Management
• Promoting a safe work environment and reporting any safety concerns or issues to Management
• Clearing work area of any debris and keeping the traffic routes clear of obstructions.
• Reporting faulty equipment, damage to racks, and other safety hazards to supervisor.
• Other duties as assigned

Essential Skills

• Candidate must have computer skills and be familiar with an Excel
• Experience in a similar position
• Admin background
• Must have at least six months experience working as a Warehouse Operative for this role
• Punctuality and good time-keeping skills
• Strong teamwork skills
• Flexibility and ability to work overtime as and when required
• Ability to pay close attention to detail and adhere to deadlines
• Must pass a basic English & Numeracy Test and be able to prove your Right to Work in the UK
