Whats currently on offer:

• Early and Late shifts
• Pay ranging from £11.50 to £14.50 per hour
• Weekly Pay (paid in lieu)
• Full-time work, on fixed hours
• Work into 2025, with a push towards going permanent from January
• Immediate starts (1-day advance in some cases)

Your role as a Production Operative:

• Operate production machinery and equipment safely
• Ensure high-quality production output and adhere to company standards
• Perform routine checks and maintenance on equipment
• Maintain clean and organized work areas
• Follow production schedules and timelines to meet targets
• Support the team with general production tasks as needed
• Assist in inventory management and stock control

The perfect Production Operative will have:

• Experience in production operations and equipment handling
• Ability to follow strict quality control and safety guidelines
• Proficiency with production systems and machinery
• Strong attention to detail to maintain high standards of output
• Organizational skills to ensure smooth production processes
• Strong time management to meet operational deadlines
