Customer Services/Technical – Pneumatic & Hydraulic Components

Duncan Rogers (Engineering) Ltd, established in 1974, is a major distributor of pneumatic & hydraulic components based in Hillington, Glasgow known for our commitment to quality and customer satisfaction with customers all over the UK and beyond.

We are looking for a dedicated Customer Services/Technical support professional to join our dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support and guidance to customers.
• Handle customer inquiries, orders quickly and efficiently.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.

Requirements:

• Strong communication skills and technical aptitude.
• Experience in a similar role is preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Full training and support will be provided at all times.

Office based, Monday – Friday 09:00 – 17:00 daily
