Your new role
You will play a pivotal role within the Caledonia Housing Group, providing essential housing management services to a diverse customer base across your designated area. Your efforts will ensure positive outcomes for tenants and deliver an outstanding customer experience through various multichannel options.
Budget and Performance Monitoring: Oversee budgetary expenditures and performance metrics within your housing management area.Comprehensive Landlord Services: Manage a wide array of landlord services, including:Estate and neighbourhood managementTenancy enforcement activitiesIncome managementCustomer engagement initiativesLettings and void managementResponsive repairs management
What you'll need to succeed
Experience in Social Housing or Maintenance Services: Proven track record of working within social housing or maintenance services.Commitment to High-Quality Customer Service: Demonstrated evidence of, and dedication to, delivering exceptional customer service.Support for Diverse Needs: Experience in working with individuals with varying needs, providing them with guidance and support.Educational Background: Educated to HND level.Knowledge and Understanding: Comprehensive knowledge of housing, reactive maintenance, and support services, along with an understanding of the legislative and regulatory framework and associated requirements.
