Fulfilment Agent - CDC

Competitive Pay: Earn £12.56 p/h, enhanced rates paid after 37.5 hours per week. Rates are PAYE, 28 days holiday per year which increase with length of service.

Shifts: Monday - Friday 8.30am - 5.00pm.

Responsibilities:

• Handle incoming customer calls & inquiries in a professional and timely manner.


• Deliver excellent service on the phone and email.


• Support and work with the office team in all other aspects of administration as required.


• Maintain office hygiene standards and demonstrate safe working practices.


• Follow and adhere to client policies, procedures, and code of conduct.

Requirements:

• Outstanding customer service


• Computer literate


• Successful candidates require a DBS check.

• The role is due to start 28th October 2024 and will run until 24th March 2025
