£83.85 - £83.85 Per day
Job Duties:
Provide support to students with additional learning needs
Assist in the implementation of Individual Education Plans (IEPs)
Support classroom teachers in delivering lessons
Help create a positive and inclusive learning environment
Provide one-on-one or small group support as required
Assist with administrative tasks related to student progress
Required Qualifications:
Good standard of general education
Experience working with children or young adults
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively as part of a team
Welsh-Medium- preferred but not essential
Education:
Minimum of GCSE qualifications or equivalent
Experience:
Previous experience in a similar role preferred
Knowledge and Skills:
Understanding of special educational needs and disabilities
Ability to adapt support strategies to meet individual needs
Basic IT skills
Patience and empathy
Preferred Qualifications:
Level 2 or 3 Teaching Assistant qualification
First Aid certification
Working Conditions:
Work within a school setting
Full-time hours with occasional additional responsibilities
Potential exposure to challenging behaviour

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
