Are you currently working in sales support, account management, or something similar? Are you looking for a long-term, stable, day-based role, with a regular shift? On offer is the opportunity to join a well-established company manufacturing bespoke protective cases, gaining expert in-house training with the opportunity to travel to Holland.

The company is a well-established manufacturer of bespoke cases and protective foam inserts, providing custom solutions for safely transporting and storing sensitive equipment. Supplying a variety of industries, including both B2B and B2C.

In this role, you will be responsible for providing sales support within the office. Including monitoring the live chat, phone calls, and emails. Primarily responding to inbound sales enquiries, showing knowledge and understanding of products to develop new and existing sales opportunities.

This role would suit someone with sales experience, looking for a long-term, stable role. Working for an established company working with a standard Monday to Friday week with an early finish on a Friday.

The Role:

• Providing Sales Support through engagement with new and existing clients.
• No weekend work.
• Monday to Thursday 8:30-5PM, Friday 8:30-4PM.

The Person:

• Sales experience.
• Cold calling experience.
• Commutable to Nailsea.
