Role Overview:
As a Temporary Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for handling inbound calls, updating customers and coordinating and booking services. Your role is crucial in ensuring our customers receive timely and accurate information.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage inbound customer calls with professionalism and courtesy.
• Provide updates and information to customers regarding their enquiries.
• Coordinate and book services efficiently to meet customer needs.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
• Collaborate with team members to enhance customer satisfaction.

• Previous Customer Service experience.
