Your new role
As Property Management Surveyor, your new role will involve responsibilities surrounding the management side of the service. Property Managers thrive on communication and are normally the first point of call for new and existing tenants. You will foster excellent relationships with new tenants and take the stress out of finding a new place to call home. This role will allow you to become an expert in the property rental sector in order to give clients the best service possible.
You'll be responsible for a mixture of things which include but are not limited to:Conducting viewings and meeting prospective tenantsOrganising safety certificates for property handoverConducting routine inspections on propertiesChecking out/ checking in tenantsProcessing maintenance invoicesLiaising with contractors and scheduling general maintenance works
What you'll need to succeed
To succeed in this role, you will have;Excellent customer service experienceAt least 1 years within working in a customer service industry or a degree in a property related fieldA proactive, positive approach to any task you undertakeExcellent organisation skills and are able to prioritise in order to meet tight deadlinesPassion for being reliable, responsible and for exceeding expectationsStrong attention to detailA confident communicator, and you enjoy working as part of a team
Desirable requirements:Qualification of Level 3 Award in Residential Letting & Property ManagementExperience in SME softwareExperience in working in a property industrySales experience1-2 years’ experience in a property sector
