Senior Business Analyst

We are recruiting for a Business Analyst with a robust background in Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems, to join our team in the Lincolnshire area.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of working closely with stakeholders to analyse business requirements, design and implement solutions, and optimise business processes, for customers in the retail domain.

Role:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements related to MDM and ERP systems
• Analyse and map business processes to identify areas for improvement and optimisation
• Design, implement, and maintain MDM and ERP solutions to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity
• Develop detailed functional specifications and system design documents.
• Conduct data analysis and reporting to support business decisions
• Lead and participate in system testing, user training, and post-implementation support
• Work closely with IT teams to ensure seamless integration of MDM and ERP systems with other business applications
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in MDM and ERP systems within the retail sector

What you will bring:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field
• Proven experience as a Business Analyst with a strong focus on MDM and ERP systems
• Experience in the retail domain, understanding the unique challenges and requirements of retail operations
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
• Proficiency in business analysis tools and methodologies
• Experience with leading ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics) and MDM tools
