Job Duties:
Assist in the delivery of classroom activities under the guidance of the lead teacher
Provide language support to students with limited English proficiency
Help create a positive and inclusive learning environment for all students
Support teachers in implementing lesson plans and educational activities
Assist with classroom management and student supervision
Required Qualifications:
Fluency in English and a second language- WELSH MEDIUM
Good communication and interpersonal skills
A passion for working with children and supporting their educational development
Education:
Minimum of GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and the second language
Experience:
Prior experience working in an educational setting is desirable but not essential
Knowledge and Skills:
Understanding of educational principles and practises
Ability to work effectively in a team environment
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Preferred Qualifications:
Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification
Additional training in language teaching or education
Working Conditions:
Work in a school setting with children and teachers
Full-time hours, temporary position
Potential for additional training and development opportunities

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
